Shipping & Returns

Items ordered from the Lighting Showroom will be shipped to your destination via UPS, FedEx or freight carrier. We require that a drop ship agreement is filled out prior to items shipping to insure that you check your products within 48 hours of receipt. If there are any damages incurred during shipping, we will need to know within this time frame so that replacement items can be sent to you.

Any damage reported outside of 48 hours will not be covered by the Lighting Showroom and any replacement part fees will be charged to the client.

Custom order items are non-returnable. Any non-custom orders will require pre-authorization from the Lighting Showroom for return and must be accompanied by a RGA (return goods authorization) number on the box.

Client are responsible for return freight costs to either the Lighting Showrooms or the manufacturer.

Credits will not be issued until returned items are received and inspected.

We cannot received returns of items that are not in their original packaging or that have been installed.
